Cris is a Colorado native and has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2004. She began her career with Sherwood & Co. in Loveland and, following the salon’s closure in 2006, discovered a passion for the Aveda mission, culture, and approach to guest care that continues to inspire her today.

While continuing to work behind the chair throughout her career, Cris also pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Personal Finance from Colorado State University in 2015. After spending time in the corporate world working in accounts receivable for a large organization, she felt called back to a dream that first began in beauty school many years earlier.

Today, as the owner of Cristiana Salon Spa, Cris is passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience rooted in elevated care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. She finds her greatest fulfillment in helping her team grow their skills, build rewarding careers, and continually strive for excellence.

When she’s not at the salon, Cris enjoys spending quality time with her family, cozy movie nights at home, and exploring Northern Colorado’s vibrant dining scene.
